How to Use Surgery Kit

Step-by-step guide on using the Surgery Kit to extract demon parts from Fiends.

Extraction Process

Defeat a Fiend

First, defeat a Fiend in combat. The Surgery Kit can only be used on defeated Fiends.

Open Your Inventory

Press the inventory key (default: I) to open your inventory menu.

Select the Surgery Kit

Click on the Surgery Kit in your inventory to select it.

Target the Defeated Fiend

Aim at the defeated Fiend and press the use key (default: E) to begin extraction.

Complete the Extraction

Wait for the extraction animation to complete. Success rate depends on the Fiend's rarity.

Collect the Parts

The extracted demon parts will be added to your inventory automatically.
