How to Use Surgery Kit

Extraction Process

Place Surgery Kit on Hotbar

Before attempting to extract, take the Surgery Kit from your inventory and place it on your hotbar. That way, you can interact with it immediately when you're ready to use it.

Defeat Your Target

Defeat a human, fiend, or devil in combat. The Surgery Kit can be used on defeated targets. You need to defeat them before you can use the Surgery Kit.

Select the Surgery Kit

Select the Surgery Kit from your hotbar (or open inventory and select it).

Target the Defeated Enemy

Aim at the defeated human, fiend, or devil and press the use key (default: E) to begin extraction.

Complete the Extraction

Wait for the extraction animation to complete. Success rate depends on the target's rarity. Some pieces are rarer than others.

Collect the Parts

The extracted organs (hearts, limbs, eyes, devil flesh) will be added to your inventory automatically.

What Can You Extract?

The body parts you can collect with the Surgery Kit include hearts, limbs, eyes, and devil flesh. However, some pieces are rarer than others, meaning you may need to farm for quite some time before you get what you need.
