Combat Controls
All the controls you need to know to maximize your battle power.

| R Key | Perform a Heavy Attack |
| M1 (while tilting camera upwards) | Perform an Uppercut |
| M1 (while character is in the air) | Perform a Down Kick |
| F Key | Block an incoming attack. If timed correctly, you will parry the attack |
| T Key | Follow-up attack - activates when you perform an uppercut or knock the enemy back |
| G Key | Perform a Visceral Attack (Execute) |
| B Key | Grip the enemy |
| V Key | Carry something or someone |
| Z Key | Primary ability (Devil Contracts) |
| X Key | Secondary ability (Devil Contracts) |
| C Key | Ultimate ability (Devil Contracts) |

Combat Tips
- • M2 (Right-click) can cancel your attack combo - useful for feinting and baiting parries
- • F Key (Block) - Time it correctly to parry and counterattack
- • T Key (Follow-up) - Press quickly after uppercut or knockback to continue your combo
- • Uppercut - Tilt camera upward while pressing M1 for an uppercut attack
- • Z, X, C - These are for Devil Contract abilities. Different contracts have different abilities
Character Movement
How you interact with the world when exploring the map.

| W, A, S, D | Move forward, left, backward, and right |
| Shift Key | Your character picks up the pace and starts to run |
| Spacebar | Your character jumps |
| Spacebar (on a wall) | Your character climbs the wall |
| Spacebar (while next to a wall - must be running) | Your character performs a Wall Run |
| Q Key | Your character dashes forward (has a cooldown) |
| G Key | Your character slides across the floor. Combine with jump (Spacebar) to perform a Slide Dash |
| E Key | Pull out your weapon (you don't have to be in combat to do this) |
| H Key | Get your skateboard out and use it to traverse the map |
Movement Tips
- • Hold Shift while moving to sprint. Sprinting consumes stamina, so manage it wisely
- • Use Q to dash and dodge attacks
- • Press Left Alt to toggle shiftlock for better camera control
- • Wall Run: You must be running (holding Shift) and facing the wall when pressing Spacebar
Slide Mechanism (Updated January 2026)
Sliding is now based on your current momentum. This means:
- • Slide distance and speed depend on your movement speed when you start sliding
- • Slide jump is also based on current momentum
- • You can slide whilst falling to the ground if close enough
- • Faster movement = longer slide distance

UI Tips
- • N Key opens the Phone Menu where you can access codes, skill tree, and other features
- • L Key activates Hybrid Form transformation (requires Hybrid unlock)
- • H Key summons your skateboard for faster map traversal
- • Use Left Alt to lock your camera for better control in combat
Platform Support
PC & Console (Keyboard & Mouse)
Devil Hunter currently supports PC and Console platforms with Keyboard and Mouse controls. This provides the best gameplay experience with full control precision.

Mobile & Touchscreen
Mobile support has limitations. Some features may not work as expected on touchscreen devices.
