Server Shutdown Cycle (0.0.3)

Servers restart every ~6 hours

Patch 0.0.3 added automatic server shutdown when a server reaches max age (~6 hours). You may disconnect unexpectedly — this is normal. Rejoin a new server to continue playing. Not the same as Gun Devil World Events (also ~6h but a gameplay event).

How to Join a World Event

  1. 1. Stay in an active server — low-pop servers may skip rotations.
  2. 2. Watch for the world event announcement (UI banner or phone alert).
  3. 3. Accept the queue when prompted — you will be teleported to the event area.
  4. 4. Complete the objective and collect rewards before the timer ends.

Soul Realm Lock

You cannot enter Soul Realm (M key) while queued for a world event. Finish or cancel the queue first.

Gun Devil World Event

  • • Spawns every 6 hours across the server
  • • Primary way to obtain the Gun Devil contract
  • • Does NOT drop Gun Devil Flesh — farm that from Katana Man Raid
  • • Patch 0.0.3: wrong-event teleport, brick on teleport, double teleport — fixed

How often do Devil Hunter world events happen?

General world events rotate roughly every 30 minutes per server. The Gun Devil World Event is a separate server-wide spawn every 6 hours.

Why did my server shut down after 6 hours?

Patch 0.0.3 added a Server Shutdown Cycle — servers automatically restart after about 6 hours. Rejoin a fresh server. This is separate from Gun Devil World Events.

How do I join a world event in Devil Hunter?

Watch for the on-screen announcement or phone notification, then accept the queue prompt when it appears. You cannot enter Soul Realm while queued for a world event.

What is the difference between world events and raids?

Raids are instanced PvE runs with cooldowns (CSM, Bomb, Katana, etc.). World events are timed server-wide encounters — Gun Devil every 6h, plus 30-minute rotation events for loot and progression.

Does Gun Devil World Event drop Gun Devil Flesh?

No. Gun Devil Flesh drops from Katana Man Raid (~10% chance). The Gun Devil World Event is for obtaining the Gun Devil contract.
