Gun Contract

NEW

Free damage, autotracking bullets, above Octopus

Shark Devil

No cooldown M1 spam, takes no soul, OP tier

Eternity Devil

NEW

Damage reflection, can attack while invincible (may be bugged)

Very Great

Mantis Devil

No longer blockable (Jan 26 revert). Top-tier combo extender, back to S-level

Octopus Devil

Very good if you can land it. With dagger = OP tier

Ghost Devil

Really good if it lands. Needs He clan or soul gets depleted

Fortune Devil

NEW

M2 buffs yourself (speed/damage), M1 debuffs opponent. Good to have on side

Future Devil

Free counter, unbugged now. Bottom of Very Great

Good

Curse Devil

Cutscene damage nerfed (was 15-20%, now ~half bar). Could be bugged

Snake Devil

Takes 3 bars of soul per skill. Needs Sawatari clan

Bat Devil

Very good for grinding (easy OP tier for PvE). Easy to parry in PvP

Leech Devil

Has autogrip, but comes out slow. Pretty mid

Cone Devil (Fox)

Bottom of Good. Easy to parry/dodge, M2 hard to land

Mid

Sea Cucumber Devil

Not bad for grinding, but just mid. Don't waste contract slot

Zombie Devil

Top of Mid. NPCs do no damage but can stun. Good for trolling

Stone Devil

Pretty mid. Can only M1 at certain time, stops if you M1

Tomato Devil

Stun nerfed 37%. Bottom of Mid. Not worth it after nerf

Frog Devil

Pulls them in but doesn't stun long enough. Pretty mid

Trash

Mold Devil

Inflicts mold status, stuns. Never seen anyone use it

Fish Devil

Noob contract. First contract you get. Trash tier

New Phase 2 Contracts

Gun Contract

OP
PHASE 2 NEW

Skills:

  • •M1: Long range attack (has screen shake issue)
  • •M2 Hold: Autotracking guns (good damage/pressure)
  • •Uppercut variant: Fires barrage
  • •Hold F: Surrounds with guns and auto tracks

Notes:

  • •Has 4 variants but can only use one at a time
  • •Free damage - press skill and they get hit
  • •Autotracking bullets allow stacking moves while attacking
  • •Rated above Octopus

Acquisition: Defeat Gun Devil in World Raid → Find weakened form in city

Fortune Devil

Very Great
PHASE 2 NEW

Skills:

  • •M1: Debuff opponent (applies curse, makes you deal more damage)
  • •M2: Buff yourself (random: 23% speed, damage, or both)

Notes:

  • •Pretty long range
  • •Good to have on side, but need another attacking contract
  • •Doesn't give debuffs to user
  • •Self-explanatory - free damage

Acquisition: Challenge Fortune Devil to Rock Paper Scissors

Eternity Devil

OP
PHASE 2 NEW

Skills:

  • •M1: Deferred Time - Screen goes purple, damage gets reflected back
  • •M2: Time Reversal (requires Favor) - Not showcased in video

Notes:

  • •Can attack while inside it (basically invincible)
  • •May be bugged - friend reported damage reflection didn't work
  • •If working properly, OP tier
  • •People can adapt by not attacking you
  • •Shown 757 damage in video

Acquisition: Satisfy Eternity Devil in his Raid

Major Ranking Changes

Mantis Devil

Good → S Tier (Jan 26 revert)

No longer blockable (reverted). Back to top-tier combo extender. Update Jan 26, 2026.

Tomato Devil

Good → Mid

Stun nerfed by 37%. Not worth using anymore after nerf.

Curse Devil

Very Great → Good

Cutscene damage shadow nerfed or bugged (was 15-20%, now ~half bar).

Gun Contract

NEW - OP Tier

Free damage, autotracking bullets, can stack moves while attacking. Above Octopus.

Fortune Devil

NEW - Very Great

M2 buffs yourself (23% speed, damage, or both). M1 debuffs opponent. Good side contract.

Eternity Devil

NEW - OP Tier

Damage reflection, can attack while invincible. May be bugged (damage not applying).

Some contracts require specific clans to be effective:
  • • Ghost Devil: Needs He clan or soul gets depleted
  • • Snake Devil: Needs Sawatari clan (reduces soul cost)

Pairing Recommendations

  • • Octopus + Dagger: Becomes OP tier when paired
  • • Fortune: Good side contract, pair with attacking contract
  • • Bat: OP tier for grinding/PvE, but easy to parry in PvP

  • • Eternity Devil: Damage reflection may not be working (bugged)
  • • Curse Devil: Cutscene damage may be bugged or shadow nerfed
  • • Gun Contract: Screen shake issue (can't be turned off)
